    2.) Fish Tacos- 1 lb Fish, taco seasoning, diced red leeks, jalapenos, green, red & orange Bell Peppers, Shredded Lettuce Salsa Verde, sour cream, and Mexican Cheese.

    3.) Fish Tortilla Soup- 1lb shredded fish, 1 can chicken broth, 1 jar corn and bean salsa, 3 diced red leeks & jalapeños, 3 cloves garlic, preferred seasonings. Sautee the veggies in olive oil, add all the ingredients to a pot, top with tortilla chips, & serve.
